I think my order got lost – what should I do?
Please first consult your expected order delay:

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery delay, as indicated above, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can take the necessary measures to help you out. Unreceived orders must be reported to us within 30 days after your expected delivery delay.

Do you print your own shirts?
No. At the moment, we leave that up to the people who specialize in printing. Printful is in charge of fulfilling our tee orders at the moment. With your purchase or purchases, we will be able to build and grow this brand enough to have our own inventory so we can get your orders to you faster as well as have pop-ups and booths at events! 🌈✌️
What kind of ink is used?
Printful fulfils our orders and they use Kornit NeoPigment ink which is free of animal by-products, heavy metals, formaldehyde and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE), making them non-hazardous, non-toxic and vegan. (bonus: it doesn’t crack) ✌️
Are your tees vegan?
There are no animal products in our apparel. We strictly stick with Bella Canvas. They are eco-friendly, sweatshop-free, and WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) certified. 🐮🐷

Which size t-shirt should I get?
You can use our size chart below to determine which size to get or feel free to send us an email at email@example.com. Please note that they fit a little bit looser on women and that the fit is normal for men.

I want to cancel my order!
Contact us!!! Customers need to email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing their order to cancel, as we start printing the items as soon as we can.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Unfortunately, as each order is printed individually, we can't accept returns or exchanges at the minute. (but i think that is good thing because we don't have waste of tees). So please double-check the size guide before ordering. The only exception is if you have received a damaged or misprinted item.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact email@example.com with a photo, as well as your order number. We will sort it out. ✌️
